Ingredients

¼ kilogram of Boneless chicken legs, chopped

100 grams of Ground pork

¼ cup of Chopped green onion

2 tablespoons of Finely chopped ginger

½ cup of Cooked and chopped chinese cabbage

1 tablespoon of Sh chow

1 Egg white

1 tablespoon of Sesame oil

12 Wonton dough sheets

1 Beaten egg

1 pinch of Salt

10 cups of Chicken concentrated broth

2 Chicken breasts with skin, halved

4 Cleaned chicken gizzards

4 Cooked chicken livers

4 Chinese cabbage leaves, halved

2 Choy sum, halved

1 cup of Holantao

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the wonton filling, mix chicken, pork, green onion, ginger, Chinese cabbage, sh Chow, and egg white in a bowl.

Step 2 : Season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil, then set aside.

Step 3 : Then, extend the wonton wrappers for filling and place a teaspoon of filling in one corner of each wrapper.

Step 4 : Cover with the other corner to form a triangle, seal with beaten egg, and join the other two edges to shape the wonton.

Step 5 : To prepare the soup, boil the chicken concentrated broth in a pot, then add the chicken breasts and gizzards.

Step 6 : Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Step 7 : Then, add the chicken livers and filled wontons, cooking for about 7 more minutes.

Step 8 : Add the Chinese cabbage, choy sum, and holantao, season with salt and pepper, and let boil for a few more minutes.

Step 9 : Adjust seasoning and serve in a deep plate.
