Ingredients

1 kilogram of Cleaned shrimp

½ cup of Oil

1 cup of Chopped onion

4 Chopped garlic cloves

1 Chopped tomato

2 liters of Fish broth

½ cup of Rice

½ kilogram of Cut potato

1 Sliced corn on the cob

1 cup of Green fava beans

1 cup of Chopped cabbage

1 cup of Cubed squash

½ cup of Chopped huacatay

5 Eggs

1 cup of Evaporated milk

½ kilogram of Crumbled fresh cheese

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with hot oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato over high heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Add the broth and bring to a boil.

Step 3 : Add the rice and cook for five minutes.

Step 4 : Then, add the potato and corn, cooking for another five minutes.

Step 5 : Add the fava beans, cabbage, squash, and huacatay, adjusting the seasoning as needed.

Step 6 : Beat an egg and slowly add it to the mixture, followed by the remaining eggs.

Step 7 : Cook for two minutes, add the shrimp, milk, and cheese, adjust the seasoning, and serve hot.
