Ingredients

250 grams of Beef in cubes

½ cup of Evaporated milk

100 grams of Angel hair pasta

5 cups of Boiling water

½ Chopped onion

1 Minced garlic

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon of Oregano

2 teaspoons of Aji panca paste

3 tablespoons of Vegetable oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, first heat the oil in a large pot.

Step 2 : Then, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and aji panca paste, and sauté until golden.

Step 3 : Next, add the chopped beef and cook until well browned.

Step 4 : Then, add the boiling water and simmer the mixture with the pot covered.

Step 5 : Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 6 : Then, add the beaten eggs and mix well.

Step 7 : Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8 : Finally, add the evaporated milk and oregano, and let the preparation rest for a few minutes to blend the flavors.

Step 9 : Before serving, it is recommended to taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
