Ingredients

4 Pinches of spinach

2 tablespoons of Margarine

2 tablespoons of Unprepared flour

3 cups of Chicken broth

2 cups of Milk

1 pinch of Salt

3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

Fried bread in cubes

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the spinach carefully and cook with little water; once cooked, blend it.

Step 2 : In a separate pot, melt the margarine and mix it with the flour, milk, and chicken broth, incorporating each ingredient little by little to achieve the right consistency.

Step 3 : Bring the mixture to a boil until it thickens, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : Next, add this preparation to the blender where the spinach is located and blend for a few minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the spinach cream hot, accompanied by pieces of toasted bread and sprinkle with three tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
