Ingredients

250 grams of Beef cut into small dice

½ cup of Evaporated milk

100 grams of Angel hair pasta

5 cups of Boiling water

½ Finely chopped onion

1 Garlic clove, crushed

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon of Oregano

2 teaspoons of Ají panca paste

3 tablespoons of Vegetable oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat.

Step 2 : Add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, and ají panca paste, and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 3 : Then add the chopped meat and cook until well browned.

Step 4 : Next, add 5 cups of boiling water to the pot and bring to a simmer over moderate heat with the lid on.

Step 5 : Add the angel hair pasta and let it boil for an additional 3 minutes.

Step 6 : Pour in the lightly beaten eggs in a thin stream, stirring gently.

Step 7 : Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8 : Before serving, add the evaporated milk and sprinkle with dried oregano, rubbing it with your hands.

Step 9 : Let the dish rest covered for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 10 : Adjust the salt if needed and serve hot.
