Ingredients

1 cup of Peeled macre pumpkin

1 cup of Grated loche pumpkin

4 cups of Vegetable broth

2 tablespoons of Butter

2 tablespoons of Ground garlic

2 tablespoons of Aji mirasol

1 pinch of Salt

Black pepper

1 teaspoon of Dried oregano

1 cup of Heavy cream

150 grams of Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the pumpkins in a pot and add the vegetable broth.

Step 2 : Bring to a boil for about 15 to 20 minutes, then remove from heat and blend.

Step 3 : In a pot over heat, add the butter, ground garlic, and ají mirasol.

Step 4 : Stir to achieve some consistency and carefully add salt, pepper, and oregano.

Step 5 : Add the blended pumpkin and mix everything well, then add the heavy cream and cook for about 10 minutes.

Step 6 : Then, add the Parmesan cheese, mix, and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 7 : Finally, serve and enjoy in the company of family or friends.
