Pumpkin Chupe
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Chopped pumpkin
500 grams of Chopped potatoes
1 Chopped onion
2 Chopped garlic cloves
1 Chopped yellow chili
Water
� cup of Fresh broad beans
1 Beaten egg
50 grams of Fresh cheese cut into cubes
1 Sprig of paico (plant)
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Heat the oil and add the onion, chili, and garlic; cook until the onion is tender.
Step 2 : Add the chopped pumpkin, cover with water, and add the paico. Bring to a boil, then add the chopped potatoes and broad beans, cooking until everything is done.
Step 3 : If necessary, add more water and then remove the sprig of paico.
Step 4 : Before serving, reheat the preparation, add the beaten egg, stirring quickly, then add the cubed cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
