Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Oil

300 grams of Ground beef

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Cumin

½ Red onion

1 Diced tomato

1 ½ tablespoon of Tomato paste

1 tablespoon of Yellow chili pepper (ají amarillo)

2 Bay leaves

1 liter of Beef broth

2 Yellow potatoes

100 grams of Angel hair noodles

Dried oregano

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the pot on the stove and add the oil.

Step 2 : Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, and cumin, stirring constantly until the meat turns color.

Step 3 : Add the onion and continue stirring until transparent.

Step 4 : At this point, add the tomato, tomato paste, and yellow chili pepper, mixing well.

Step 5 : Next, add the bay leaves and beef broth, bringing to a boil for 10 minutes.

Step 6 : Add the yellow potatoes and let boil for 8 minutes.

Step 7 : Then, add the angel hair noodles and cook until the pasta is ready.

Step 8 : Finally, sprinkle with dried oregano and the dish is ready to serve.
