Ingredients

Oil

300 grams of Beef

1 liter of Beef broth

1 cup of Cassava

1 cup of White potato

1 cup of Turnip

1 Sliced corn on the cob

1 cup of Peas

½ Carrot

1 cup of Pallares (lima beans)

100 grams of Green bean

100 grams of Vainitas (green beans)

1 cup of Fava beans

100 grams of Canned pasta

1 Bunch of basil

100 grams of Fresh cheese

1 Clove of garlic

100 grams of Spinach

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot over the heat, add the oil and sear the meat on both sides.

Step 2 : Then, add the beef broth and let it cook for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 3 : Next, add the cassava, white potato, turnip, corn on the cob, peas, carrot, pallares, green bean, Vainitas, and Fava beans, cooking for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Add the canned pasta and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 5 : To prepare the green sauce, blend the basil, fresh cheese, spinach, and garlic.

Step 6 : Season with salt and pepper to taste and continue blending.

Step 7 : Then, add the green sauce to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 8 : When serving, you can garnish the dishes with parsley if desired.
