Peruvian Chicken Soup
Ingredients

1 liter of Water
1 Medium onion
5 Cloves of garlic
1 Piece of ginger
4 Chicken pieces
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Black pepper
2 Medium yellow potatoes
2 Medium white potatoes
½ Carrot
Dried oregano
250 grams of Noodles
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot, pour in the water and heat over medium heat.
Step 2 : Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and chicken to start flavoring the broth.
Step 3 : Add a touch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavors, stirring with a spoon to ensure ingredients are well combined.
Step 4 : Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 5 : Add the yellow potatoes, white potatoes, and carrot to add texture and more flavor.
Step 6 : Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt or pepper to your liking.
Step 7 : Add a touch of oregano to give a delicious aroma.
Step 8 : Let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
