1 Oregano sprig

2 Celery stalks

2 Ginger pieces

¼ kilogram of Thick noodles

3 Yellow potatoes

4 Hard-boiled egg

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the water and add the chicken pieces, along with the oregano, celery, ginger, and salt.

Step 2 : Gently stir, cover the pot, and bring to a boil for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3 : Add the thick noodles and cook for about 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Then, add the yellow potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, serve by adding a hard-boiled egg to each bowl.
