½ kilogram of Beef

¼ kilogram of Lamb meat

¼ kilogram of Pork

100 grams of Bacon

1 cup of Soaked chickpeas

4 Peeled and chopped potatoes

2 Tied yucas

1 Chopped carrot

4 Peeled sweet potatoes

2 Slices of corn on the cob

6 Sausages

½ cup of Rice

6 Whole peaches

2 tablespoons of Ground garlic

1 tablespoon of Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The Lima-style stew begins by cooking the beef, pork, and lamb with the chopped cabbage, bacon, chickpeas, salt, garlic, and oregano for 2 hours.

Step 2 : Next, add the potatoes, carrot, corn, sweet potatoes, sausages, rice, and peaches.

Step 3 : The stew should simmer for 5 to 6 hours over low heat.

Step 4 : It is recommended to check the water level during cooking and add more if necessary to meet the required cooking time.
