Ingredients

Hen Soup Casserole

1 Large hen pieces

½ kilogram of Yellow potatoes

6 Chopped chiguas

¼ kilogram of Chopped cabbage

1 cup of Green peas

2 Chopped carrots

8 Small corn on the cobs

2 Onions

2 Tomatoes

1 cup of Milk

1 tablespoon of Panca chili powder

12 cups of Water

3 tablespoons of Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this exquisite hen casserole, start by boiling the hen in a pot with water and salt until it is cooked and tender.

Step 2 : Next, add the cabbage, carrots, peas, onion, tomato, chiguas, and corn to the pot.

Step 3 : Cover and cook until everything is fully cooked.
