Ingredients

150 grams of Cheese

250 milliliters of Chicken broth

2 liters of Water

2 Garlic cloves

4 Potatoes

2 Boiled eggs

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, place water and add chopped garlic cloves, salt, and chicken broth.

Step 2 : Then, add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Step 3 : After this time, add the eggs, parsley, and cheese.

Step 4 : Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the hot dish and optionally garnish with chopped cilantro on top as an additional decoration.
