Green Lima Bean Stew
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Green Lima beans
500 grams of Beef chunks (fried)
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Peruvian corn, cut into pieces
1 Pumpkin, cut into pieces
½ cup of Rice
10 grams of Chinese shrimp
1 teaspoon of Oregano
3 Eggs
2 liters of Water
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot over the heat, add oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
Step 2 : Then add the green Lima beans, corn, pumpkin, shrimp, and rice.
Step 3 : Add water and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes.
Step 4 : Season with salt and add milk, eggs, oregano, and beef.
Step 5 : Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve very hot.
