Ingredients

1 kilogram of Sliced potatoes

1 cup of Shelled corn

1 cup of Peeled beans

1 ½ cup of Chopped green onion

4 Chopped garlic cloves

1 Yellow chili pepper

1 cup of Fresh cheese

1 Chicken broth cube

8 Eggs

1 cup of Milk

2 tablespoons of Mixed herbs

½ cup of Fresh cheese

1 Toasted Mirasol chili

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, place 8 cups of water and add the potatoes, corn, beans, green onion, garlic, chili pepper, broth cube, and crumbled fresh cheese.

Step 2 : Bring to a boil until the potatoes are cooked.

Step 3 : Add the eggs one by one carefully to keep them whole.

Step 4 : You can also lightly beat 3 eggs and add them to the hot soup at the end.

Step 5 : Add the chopped herbs and the cup of milk, then stir well.

Step 6 : Serve the Green Chupe with chopped fresh cheese and toasted Mirasol chili on top, accompanied by more fresh herbs and, if desired, with cancha (toasted corn).

Step 7 : Enjoy this delicious Green Chupe with family or friends.
