Ingredients

500 grams of Fish fillet

1 kilogram of Fish bones (head and tail)

2 Red onions, cut into pieces

5 Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Ginger in pieces

3 Celery stalks, chopped

Cilantro sprigs

2 liters of Water

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, start by making a broth with the fish bones, cilantro, garlic, ginger, celery, and onion.

Step 2 : Once ready, remove from heat and strain the broth.
