Criolla Meat Soup
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Meat
3 Onions
3 Tomatoes
5 Eggs
2 Chilies
3 Garlic cloves
2 liters of Chicken broth
1 cup of Fresh milk
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
Oregano
White vinegar
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Season the meat with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 2 : In a skillet, add the meat and fry for 2 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, add the garlic, onions, chilies, and tomatoes to the skillet with the meat, and fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 4 : Subsequently, transfer the mixture to a pot, where the tomatoes, fresh milk, and chicken broth are incorporated.
Step 5 : Add the white vinegar, cooked eggs, and oregano, and cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 6 : Finally, serve hot.
