Chicha en caldo
Ingredients
1 Chicken in portions
8 Minced garlic cloves
100 grams of Panca pepper
2 Yellow peppers
100 grams of Spring onions
100 grams of Chancaca
50 grams of Toasted peanuts
1 tablespoon of Dried oregano
¼ cup of Raisins
¼ cup of Olives
2 ½ liters of Jora chicha
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first cut the chicken into portions and set aside.
Step 2 : In a large pot, add oil and sauté the garlic together with the ground panca pepper.
Step 3 : Then, add the chancaca and let it cook for a few minutes.
Step 4 : Next, add the chicken pieces and brown them.
Step 5 : Afterwards, add the onions and jora chicha to the pot.
Step 6 : Let it cook until the meat is soft and tender.
Step 7 : Then, add the peanuts, raisins, oregano, chopped peppers, and olives.
Step 8 : Season to taste and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 9 : Once ready, remove from heat and serve the dish hot to enjoy all its flavors.
