Ingredients
½ kilogram of Fresh yellow ají
3 tablespoons of Vegetable oil
¼ cup of Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 2 : Then, blanch the peppers in boiling water with sugar for 5 minutes, then drain.
