Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef

¼ kilogram of Toasted ground wheat

1 kilogram of Peeled potatoes

1 cup of Chopped cabbage

½ Leek

3 Celery stalks

1 cup of Broad beans

2 Julienned carrots

Spearmint

3 tablespoons of Oil

1 Chopped onion

1 Cecina piece (cured beef)

½ Chopped turnip

Oregano

2 tablespoons of Ground ají panca

1 tablespoon of Minced garlic

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, place the meat in a pot along with the cecina, leek, turnip, and celery.

Step 2 : Then, cover everything with water and bring to a boil until the meat is tender.

Step 3 : In another pot, heat the oil and add the onion, ají, and garlic, stirring until they are tender.

Step 4 : Next, add the meat broth and bring to a boil.

Step 5 : Then, add the cabbage, broad beans, carrots, and potatoes to the pot.

Step 6 : Meanwhile, toast the wheat and grind it.

Step 7 : Then, dissolve the ground wheat in a little water and add it to the broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.

Step 8 : Let it boil for about 10 minutes.

Step 9 : Before serving, taste and adjust the seasoning, then add the spearmint and oregano.
