Ingredients

700 grams of Boneless pork meat

2 Panca chili peppers

2 Mirasol chili peppers

30 grams of Peeled garlic

¼ teaspoon of Ground black pepper

½ cup of Vinegar

½ teaspoon of Cumin

½ kilogram of Yucca

1 Red onion

2 Mocherito chili peppers

1 Lemon

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, cut the pork into thin slices and sprinkle with salt, then let it rest all day.

Step 2 : Grill the panca and mirasol chili peppers, blend them with the garlic and vinegar, adding salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Marinate the pork in this mixture for 2 hours.

Step 4 : Cook the meat on the grill until ready.

Step 5 : Prepare an onion sauce with the mocherito chili peppers and lemon juice.

Step 6 : Serve the meat with the yucca and the onion sauce.
