Ingredients

2 Rabbit pieces

½ kilogram of Toasted and ground peanut

Vinegar

3 tablespoons of Oil

Red ground chili

5 tablespoons of Butter

3 Chopped onions

2 Bay leaves

1 pinch of Cumin

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, marinate the rabbit in vinegar seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, and bay leaves for 12 hours.

Step 2 : After that, remove the rabbit from the marinade and dry it completely.

Step 3 : Then, heat oil with butter in a pan and sauté the onion and red chili.

Step 4 : Add the rabbit pieces and fry until golden.

Step 5 : Add 2 to 3 cups of water or broth, as well as the toasted peanut, and let it cook.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the dish hot accompanied by fluffy white rice.
