:Traditional Fish a la Chorrillana
Ingredients
6 Fish fillets
Lemon juice
Flour
½ cup of Vegetable oil
2 Sliced onions
2 Chopped garlic cloves
2 Chopped tomatoes
1 Yellow chili in strips
1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first season the fish fillets and then coat them with flour before frying in hot oil.
