Stuffed Sweet Potato
Ingredients
1 cup of Tabasco
200 grams of Butter
300 grams of Chicken breast
2 Onions
2 Garlic cloves
Apple vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
Paprika
4 Sweet potatoes
Avocado
Water
Cornstarch
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To start, melt butter in a skillet to prepare the spicy sauce.
Step 2 : Add Tabasco, onions, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika, and let it boil for 2 minutes until the desired sauce is achieved.
Step 3 : Then, cook the sweet potatoes in a pot for about an hour until tender.
Step 4 : Meanwhile, in another pot, cook the chicken breast in water for 30 minutes.
Step 5 : Once the chicken is ready, pour the spicy sauce over it along with water and cornstarch, and bring to a boil for a few minutes to thicken the mixture.
Step 6 : Then, open the cooked sweet potatoes and stuff them with the chicken and avocado.
Step 7 : Finally, serve the dish and enjoy.
