Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Prawns

6 Boiled yellow potatoes

2 Boiled eggs

100 grams of Fresh cheese in cubes

1 Bay leaf

Oil

3 tablespoons of Ground garlic

1 Chopped onion

4 tablespoons of Mirasol chili paste

4 tablespoons of Panca chili paste

4 tablespoons of Yellow chili powder

4 Slices of sandwich bread

1 can of Evaporated milk

½ kilogram of Crumbled fresh cheese

½ cup of Grated Parmesan cheese

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Cumin

Preparation

Step 1 : Clean, peel, and thoroughly wash the prawns.

Step 2 : In a pot with boiling salted water, pepper, and bay leaf, cook the prawns for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3 : Drain the prawns and reserve the cooking broth.

Step 4 : In a skillet with hot oil, sauté the onion and garlic.

Step 5 : Season with salt, pepper, and cumin, then add the ground chilies.

Step 6 : Cook for a few minutes, then add the bread soaked in milk and blended, cooking until a smooth mixture forms.

Step 7 : If too dry, add some of the prawn cooking broth.

Step 8 : Adjust the seasoning as needed.

Step 9 : Add the fresh cheese, Parmesan cheese, and prawns to the mixture.

Step 10 : Heat everything together, adjust the seasoning, and add more prawn broth if necessary.

Step 11 : Serve the Spicy Prawn Stew in a dish, garnished with potatoes, boiled egg, fresh cheese, and prawns.
