4 Chicken pieces
2 cups of Chinese vegetables (jolantao, chinese bean, scallions, chinese cabbage)
1 Bell pepper cut into cubes
1 Garlic without seeds or veins, diced
Soya sauce
Thickening starch
1 pinch of Salt
1 cup of Chicken broth
Vegetable oil for frying
Parsley for garnish (leaves)
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first brown the chicken pieces in a skillet with a little oil.
Step 2 : Once browned, remove some oil and add the cup of chicken broth, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Step 3 : Let the chicken cook, ensuring the liquid doesn't evaporate completely.
Step 4 : When the chicken is ready, you can thicken the sauce with some starch.
Step 5 : In another skillet, sauté the Chinese vegetables together with the bell pepper and garlic.
Step 6 : Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
