Ingredients

2 kilograms of Shrimp

20 Yellow chilies

3 Slices of bread soaked in milk

2 Chopped tomatoes

2 Chopped onions

½ kilogram of Yellow potato

3 Boiled eggs

¼ kilogram of Nuts

2 tablespoons of Oil

3 Crushed garlic cloves

1 cup of Oil

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare the shrimp picante, the first step is to clean the shrimp and separate the tails from the heads.

Step 2 : Next, cook the shrimp heads in salted water for 3 minutes, puree them, and strain to obtain a concentrated liquid.

Step 3 : Then, puree the yellow chilies.

Step 4 : In a skillet with oil, sauté the onions, garlic, and tomatoes.

Step 5 : Season with salt and add the ground chili.

Step 6 : Afterward, add the cooking water from the shrimp heads, the bread soaked in milk, the pureed shrimp heads, and the raw shrimp tails.

Step 7 : Add ground nuts and adjust seasoning.

Step 8 : To serve, place the shrimp picante on a plate accompanied by boiled yellow potatoes and chopped boiled eggs.
