Red Noodles
Ingredients
500 grams of Noodles
4 Ripe tomatoes
2 Onions
2 Carrots
500 grams of Chicken
3 tablespoons of Ground garlic
4 tablespoons of Aji panca
1 cup of Mushrooms
1 Bay leaf
Salt, pepper, and cumin
Preparation
Step 1 : Season the chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, red chili, and ground garlic, then let marinate for an hour.
Step 2 : Cook the noodles following the package instructions.
Step 3 : In a skillet, add a little oil to sear the chicken, then remove and set aside.
Step 4 : In the same skillet, add the onion, ground garlic, and red chili to sauté for a few minutes.
Step 5 : Add the blended tomatoes and let boil for a few more minutes.
Step 6 : Then, add grated carrots, cooked chicken, mushrooms, and bay leaf.
Step 7 : Season with salt and pepper, and let cook for about 7 minutes.
Step 8 : Finally, serve the noodles topped with the chicken and mushroom sauce.
