Ingredients

350 grams of Peeled prawns

½ cup of Chinese bean

2 tablespoons of Chopped green onion

½ teaspoon of Sugar

3 tablespoons of Cornstarch

1 teaspoon of Sunflower oil

1 tablespoon of Sillao (soy sauce)

1 pinch of Salt

8 Sugarcane pieces

Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by finely chopping the prawns and the Chinese bean, then mix them with the green onion.

Step 2 : Add sugar, cornstarch, sunflower oil, soy sauce, and salt to the mixture.

Step 3 : Next, cover the sugarcane pieces with the prawn mixture, forming an even layer.

Step 4 : Fry the stuffed prawns in abundant hot oil until golden brown.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the prawns over sugarcane, accompanied by golf sauce, tartar, and rocoto.
