Ingredients

500 grams of Tender beef

4 Peeling potatoes cut into sticks

1 Red onion in wedges

1 Tomato in wedges

¼ cup of Chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons of Red vinegar

1 Locoto or chili pepper

1 liter of Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Cumin

1 pinch of Oregano

2 tablespoons of Oyster sauce

4 tablespoons of Soy sauce

½ cup of Chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet with enough hot oil, fry the peeled potatoes cut into sticks until golden, then remove and drain on absorbent paper, set aside.

Step 2 : Cut the meat into large cubes and season with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.

Step 3 : In another skillet with 3 tablespoons of hot oil, sear the meat for 10 seconds on each side.

Step 4 : Then add the onion and sauté for about 10 seconds.

Step 5 : Next, add the red vinegar and oyster sauce, continue stirring, then add the soy sauce, mix well, and incorporate the chicken broth.

Step 6 : Sauté everything together.

Step 7 : Once the meat and onion are sautéed with the sauces, remove from heat and add the sliced tomato and some chopped cilantro.

Step 8 : The entire process should not take more than 5 minutes.

Step 9 : To serve, accompany with white rice, fries, and garnish with a little more chopped cilantro.
