Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef

3 Chopped onions

1 kilogram of Chopped white potato

4 Yellow chilies in strips

4 Chopped tomatoes

2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley

1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons of Sillao (soy sauce)

1 ¼ cup of Oil

½ teaspoon of Lemon juice

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pan with hot oil, brown the diced beef, then remove and set aside.

Step 2 : Next, add the onion, tomato, yellow chili, parsley, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar, cooking everything together.

Step 3 : Subsequently, incorporate the browned beef and lemon juice.

Step 4 : Optionally, flambé with pisco to add a special touch.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden, then drain on paper towels.

Step 6 : When serving, place the Lomo Saltado accompanied by French fries and rice, sprinkling with parsley on top.
