¼ cup of Vegetable oil
1 Sliced onion
2 teaspoons of Ground garlic
1 teaspoon of Grated ginger
1 Ground yellow chili
1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro
¼ cup of Dry white wine
2 Sliced tomatoes
15 milliliters of Lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Herbs for fish
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
