Fish Escabeche
Ingredients
½ kilogram of White fish
4 Bell peppers
3 Onions
Water
Wheat flour
White wine
White vinegar
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The fish is washed and carefully cleaned.
Step 2 : It is coated with wheat flour and sliced into rounds, then fried in a skillet for 5 minutes.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, garlic, onions, and bell peppers are sautéed in a pan with a bit of oil, vinegar, and wine, cooking for 5 minutes.
Step 4 : Finally, the fried fish rounds are served, and the prepared sauce is poured over the top.
