Ingredients

4 Mero fillets

1 Red onion

4 Garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of Yellow chili paste

1 tablespoon of Rocoto chili paste

1 tablespoon of Aji panca

½ cup of Mussels

1 cup of Cooked octopus

1 cup of Cooked squid sliced

1 cup of Clams

1 cup of White wine

1 cup of Seafood broth

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the fish with salt and pepper, roll in flour, and fry.

Step 2 : In a pot, heat oil and sauté the onion and garlic.

Step 3 : Add the chilies and the mussel broth with white wine, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 4 : Add a bit of cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken the sauce.

Step 5 : Add the octopus, squid, clams, and mussels, cooking for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Step 6 : Serve the fish covered in the seafood and chili sauce.

Step 7 : You can accompany with white rice and fried yucca.
