Ingredients

1 Package of fettuccine pasta

1 cup of Evaporated milk

6 Yellow chilies

½ Package of saltine crackers

200 grams of Fresh cheese

1 pinch of Salt

1 liter of Water

50 grams of Butter

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Cook the pasta following the package instructions.

Step 2 : Chop the chilies and clean them properly by passing through salted hot water and then cold water.

Step 3 : In a pan, add a little oil to sauté the onion and garlic.

Step 4 : Then add the yellow chilies and sauté for a few more minutes.

Step 5 : Remove the pan from heat and let it cool.

Step 6 : Place the sauté in a food processor along with the cheese, crackers, and milk, processing everything until obtaining a smooth cream.

Step 7 : Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8 : In a pan, melt the butter and pour in the resulting sauce, cooking for a few minutes.

Step 9 : Add the fettuccine to the sauce and mix everything well.

Step 10 : Finally, serve the fettuccine and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
