½ kilogram of Lamb chops

3 Garlic cloves

Lemon zest

Oil

Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The lamb ribs are washed and thoroughly cleaned, cut into pieces, and set aside.

Step 2 : Next, the garlic is chopped and crushed, seasoned with salt and a little sugar, and sautéed in a pan with oil.

Step 3 : The ribs are salted and refrigerated for one hour.

Step 4 : After that time, they are taken out of the refrigerator, lemon zest and a little more salt are added, and then cooked on the grill for 5 minutes on each side.

Step 5 : Once ready, the garlic sauté is added, and they are served to enjoy.
