Ingredients

½ kilogram of White fish
3 Onions
3 Bell peppers
2 Tomatoes
2 Chilies
2 Garlic cloves
Cilantro
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : First, chop the chilies, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and garlic cloves.
Step 2 : Then, place them in a skillet with a little oil and sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, in a pot with boiling water, cook the fish with a bit of salt for 10 minutes.
Step 4 : After this time, add the prepared sauté, garnish with cilantro, and cook for another 20 minutes.
