Ingredients

3 kilograms of Lamb shank

3 tablespoons of Ají panca ground

1 tablespoon of Garlic powder

5 tablespoons of Vinegar

Oregano

Mint

8 Chopped potatoes

3 Julienne-cut onions

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Cumin

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by mixing ají panca with garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, vinegar, oregano, and mint.

Step 2 : Rub the lamb shank with this mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 to 10 hours.

Step 3 : Then, place the lamb shank in a baking dish and spread around seasoned potatoes with salt and pepper, and sliced onions.

Step 4 : Drizzle everything with a little oil and bake in a preheated oven at 400°C for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5 : Next, lower the temperature to 325°C and continue cooking until the lamb is tender and ready to enjoy.
