Ingredients

1 kilogram of Fish fillets

2 tablespoons of Aji Mirasol chili

½ cup of Fish broth

½ cup of Cream

cup of Sherry

1 teaspoon of Nutmeg

200 grams of Chopped green onion

6 Egg yolks

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 Fresh parsley sprig

2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
