Ingredients

8 Tender corn

¾ cup of Fresh milk

¾ cup of Margarine

1 tablespoon of Sugar

2 tablespoons of Pisco

4 Eggs (separate yolks and whites)

½ kilogram of Ground beef

tablespoon of Vegetable oil

1 Garlic clove, crushed

1 teaspoon of Fresh aji amarillo, blended

1 Chopped medium onion

15 Raisins

2 Boiled eggs, sliced

3 Chopped olives

1 teaspoon of Chopped cilantro

Sugar for sprinkling on top

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Oregano

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the pie, grate, grind, or blend the corn kernels with the milk.

Step 2 : In a pot over low heat, melt the margarine and then add the blended corn mixture, stirring constantly.

Step 3 : Add salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : If necessary, add more warm milk until achieving a thick but not dry consistency.

Step 5 : Once ready, remove from heat and let it cool slightly before adding the Pisco.

Step 6 : Then beat the egg yolks until a light yellow color is obtained and add them to the corn preparation, mixing well.

Step 7 : Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites gently into the mixture.

Step 8 : For the filling, heat oil in a skillet and brown the onion, then add garlic and Aji Amarillo.

Step 9 : Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, add the ground beef and cook before adding the raisins.

Step 10 : Once the filling is ready, grease a baking dish and pour half of the corn mixture.

Step 11 : Cover with the meat filling, place the sliced boiled eggs, olives, and chopped cilantro on top.

Step 12 : Add the remaining corn cream on top and sprinkle sugar before placing in a preheated oven at 250°F (120°C) for 40 minutes.

Step 13 : Once cooked, serve this delicious pie and enjoy with family or friends.
