Corn Pea with Prawns

Ingredients

½ kilogram of Prawn tails

½ Leek in pieces

1 Carrot in pieces

1 Rosemary branch

1 Celery branch

1 Parsley branch

8 Yellow chilies

1 cup of Vegetable oil

2 Chopped onions

4 Crushed garlic cloves

8 Grated corn

1 Boiled egg

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Cumin

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel the prawns and reserve the tails.

Step 2 : Then, prepare a broth using prawn shells, leek, carrot, rosemary, celery, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Step 3 : Proceed to blend the chilies with oil until achieving a pasty cream, which is set aside for later.

Step 4 : In a separate pot, sauté onion and garlic, add chili to taste, and cook for a few minutes.

Step 5 : Then, incorporate the grated corn and the previously prepared broth, boiling the mixture until it thickens.

Step 6 : Meanwhile, cook the prawns in another sauce for 1-2 minutes.

Step 7 : Once ready, mix with the thick corn preparation, decorate the dish, and serve accompanied by white rice.
