Ingredients

5 Large corn cobs

300 grams of Fresh cheese

1 cup of Evaporated milk

2 Green chilies

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 Large onion

½ Chopped chili

6 Lettuce leaves

6 Olives

2 Hard-boiled eggs

2 Lemons

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

2 liters of Water

1 teaspoon of Anise

1 tablespoon of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start boiling the corn cobs in enough water with anise and sugar.

Step 2 : Once cooked, kernel the corn.

Step 3 : Next, blend the cheese, milk, green chilies, oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 4 : Mix the boiled and kernelled corn with the previous blend of milk, cheese, and seasonings.

Step 5 : Then, cut the onion into thin slices and prepare a creole sauce by adding lemon, oil, and chopped chili.

Step 6 : Place the mixed corn with the Huancaína sauce on a serving dish and add the creole sauce on top.

Step 7 : Finish by decorating with lettuce leaves, olives, and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
