Cilantro Wheat
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Wheat
2 Chopped onions
2 Chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons of Yellow chili powder
1 teaspoon of Ground garlic
3 tablespoons of Oil
¾ cup of Milk
150 grams of Fresh cheese in cubes
¼ cup of Chopped cilantro
1 Chicken broth cube
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the dish, first soak the wheat for 30 minutes in water and wash it thoroughly.
Step 2 : Then, drain it.
Step 3 : Next, cook the wheat in water and drain it using a strainer.
Step 4 : In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion.
Step 5 : Then, add the garlic, chili powder, and tomato, mixing all the ingredients and seasoning to taste.
Step 6 : Add the chicken broth and let it boil for a few minutes.
Step 7 : Incorporate the wheat into the mixture, stirring gently, then add the milk, fresh cheese, and chopped cilantro.
Step 8 : To serve, accompany the Cilantro Wheat with rice and, if desired, with Soy Sauce Chicken.
