Ingredients

8 Chicken pieces

1 Carrot, chopped

2 Celery sticks

1 Onion

1 kilogram of Peeled potatoes

½ cup of Soaked chickpeas

3 tablespoons of Ground yellow chili

½ kilogram of Peeled yuca

¼ kilogram of Soaked white chuno

½ cup of Rice

Oregano

Parsley

Oil

Mint

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The chicken pieces are cooked in water with salt, onion, carrot, celery, and garlic.

Step 2 : Next, heat the oil in a skillet and add ground yellow chili, salt, and pepper, mixing to make a dressing.

Step 3 : Pour the boiling strained broth into the oil and chili dressing.

Step 4 : Add potatoes, chickpeas, chuno, and yuca, bringing the mixture to a boil.

Step 5 : Let it cook, then add the rice, parsley, oregano, and mint.

Step 6 : Allow everything to simmer slowly and then serve.
