Ingredients

1 kilogram of Chicken

3 Chilies

3 Onions

2 Garlic cloves

¼ kilogram of Corn flour

Mani

Yuca

Cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first boil the chicken in a pot with water for 20 minutes.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, blend the garlic cloves, chilies, cilantro, mani, onions, and a bit of water, all previously chopped and cooked.

Step 3 : Then, mix the corn flour in a container with water, and then add the yuca and the blended mixture.

Step 4 : Next, pour all this into a pot, add the chicken, salt, and a little more water, and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 5 : Once ready, serve and enjoy this tasty dish.
