Ingredients
1 kilogram of Yellow potatoes
¼ cup of Oil
2 Lemons
1 tablespoon of Blended yellow chili
Shucked corn
Fresh cheese chunks
Boiled sliced eggs
4 Seedless black olives
Lettuce leaves
2 Onions
2 Julienned chilies
Vegetable oil
Chopped parsley
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by cooking the potatoes in salted water until they are soft.
Step 2 : Then peel them and make a mash with them.
Step 3 : Season the mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, lemon juice, yellow chili, and a good splash of oil.
Step 4 : Form balls with portions of the causa and flatten them on top to give them shape.
Step 5 : Then place them on a plate and generously add the creole sauce.
Step 6 : For the creole sauce, soak and drain the onions, then mix them with salt, pepper, lemon, chili, parsley or coriander, and oil, making sure all the flavors are well combined.
Step 7 : To finish, decorate your causes with boiled eggs, lettuce leaves, olives, tender corn, and fresh cheese.
