Ingredients

6 Chicken breasts

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 ½ cup of Beer

20 milliliters of Lemon juice

¼ cup of Pisco

2 Julienned onions

2 Rocoto slices

Cornstarch

Water

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a hot skillet with oil, brown the chicken breasts on all sides.

Step 2 : In a pot, bring the beer to a boil and once it boils, add the browned chicken.

Step 3 : Cook covered on low heat for 15 minutes with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and Pisco.

Step 4 : Add the onion and rocoto, and cook until soft.

Step 5 : Dissolve the cornstarch in water, add to the sauce, and cook for a few minutes.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the chicken with the sauce and accompany with white rice.
