4 Chopped garlic cloves

½ teaspoon of Cumin

6 Pitted black olives

3 Boiled eggs

¼ cup of Oil

1 kilogram of Rice

1 Chopped onion

½ kilogram of Ground beef

½ cup of Raisins

¼ cup of Chopped parsley

1 teaspoon of Paprika

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.

Step 2 : Then, add paprika, cumin, and pepper, followed by the ground meat to cook until done.

Step 3 : Once the meat is cooked, add the olives, raisins, boiled eggs, and parsley, mixing everything evenly.

Step 4 : In a previously oiled individual mold, place a layer of rice, followed by the meat filling, and cover with more rice.

Step 5 : Press the mixture well in the mold and then unmold onto a plate.

Step 6 : Finally, decorate with chopped parsley and serve accompanied by French fries.
