Arequipean Adobo
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Pork chops
5 Garlic cloves
3 Onions
3 Aji peppers
Cumin
Cinnamon
Cloves
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : First, wash and clean the pork chops very well.
Step 2 : Then, chop the peppers and sauté them for 5 minutes in a skillet.
Step 3 : After that, chop the onions and garlic, add them with the peppers and sauté for another 5 minutes. Also add salt and cumin to taste.
Step 4 : Next, place the pork chops in a pot and cook for 1 hour. After the time, add the sautéed mixture and serve.
Step 5 : You can decorate with cloves and cinnamon.
